Bake a pie shell till golden. Fill with 4 - 5 peeled and cored thick sliced tomatoes-- squeezed of juice if necessary. Top with 3 chopped green onions 6 or so, large fresh basil leaves, julienned. A little salt and pepper A drizzle of olive oil
Spread on top, a mixture of 4 oz each, white cheddar and mayonnaise. Bake at 400 - 450 till golden. Serve warm or cold.
