(WOIO) - It's a multi-million dollar facility for kids funded better than most of our local schools.

With a top notch football team and other big ticket sports programs, tuition to attend is close to thirty grand per attendant.  

But the best part?

It's a juvy center filled with kids being punished for assault, robbery, kidnapping, and worse crimes. And, of course, you pick up the tab!

    The Hillsdale County Sheriff's Office needs your help searching for a missing and endangered toddler. Deputies say Neytiri Raeyn Mulligan was last seen just before 7 p.m. Tuesday night with her dad John Mulligan. Neytiri was wearing a pull up and pink t-shirt with a heart and the word "love" on it.  John and Neytiri were seen traveling in a maroon older Pontiac or Saturn Sedan with an unknown license plate.
