In small dish stir together above ingredients and set aside. Prepare outdoor grill for medium direct heat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on sausage. Heat sausage on grill until hot, 140 degrees, turning several times.
Mac & cheese--1 pound box elbow noodles 2 tabl. Butter 1/4 minced yellow onion 2 cups (1 pint) heavy whipping cream 8 ounces american processed cheese (slices or cubes) 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese 1 teas. Salt 1/2 teas. Ground white pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and whipping cream. Heat cream to 180 degrees f and which in cheeses until melted. Stir in salt and pepper. When macaroni is done, drain and stir into cheese sauce. Serve with grilled smoked sausage.
