Red Wine Burgers

Red Wine Burgers-- Judy Pearson

4 medium onions, chopped
¼ cup butter or olive oil
1 ½ lbs. Ground chuck
1 ½ lbs. Ground round
1 cup red wine
1 egg
2 tsp. Celery salt
2 tsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Garlic salt
½ tsp. Thyme

Sauté onions in butter or olive oil.
Mix with remaining ingredients; form into patties. Grill until done.
Wine suggestion: zinfandel
