(WTOL) - Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies need your help getting a sex offender off the street.
James Lee Smith, 47, served three years in prison for sexual battery. Now he's wanted again for another felony.
Smith committed his crime in Sandusky County, is classified as a tier three sex offender, and must register his address every 90 days.
He last registered with Lucas County last October and has not been seen since.
Smith stands 5'7" and weighs 170 lbs.
He was last known to stay at the Cherry Street Mission in downtown Toledo.
