Cheese Eggs Benedict

4 eggs
4 slices
4 teaspoons shredded Parmesan cheese
4 slices white toast
4 slices smoked turkey
10 - 15 stalks asparagus
1 package Knorr Bernaise Sauce Mix
Milk
Butter

Prepare Bernaise sauce, adding an additional 1/2 cup of milk. Trim off ends of asparagus, then cut into thirds. Boil on high 5 minutes, keeping warm on low heat. Prepare toast (do not butter). Place one slice Swiss cheese on each piece of toast. Top with a slice of turkey. Place on cookie sheet in pre-heated 250 degree oven. Fry eggs, sunny side up, place on toast. Top with aspargus and ladle on Bernaise sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
