HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton Police Department is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a murder suspect.

Police are looking for the person who killed Steven Denmark on Dec. 14 at his home on 216 South 11th Street. Denmark was shot around 7 p.m., then taken to the hospital where he died.

"Our detectives have worked arduously to uncover all leads that would solve this vicious crime," said Neil Ferdelman, Hamilton Chief of Police. "Now, we are asking our citizens for any information that could assist our detectives in bringing a killer to justice."

Anyone with information concerning this crime is urged to phone the Hamilton Police Department at (513) 868-5811, extension 2002. The caller can remain anonymous.

The reward money comes from the Paul W. Brown Memorial Reward Fund. Paul W. Brown was murdered in 2002, and his family set up the fund to bring suspects to justice.
