Sausage Salsa Dip

Sausage Salsa Dip

1 lb. Sausage (cooked)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup salsa (not too soupy)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)

Cook sausage and combine with all other ingredients.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot about 30-40 minutes.
You can make this dish with mild, medium or hot salsa.
It's delicious served with chips or triscuits and works well in a chafing dish.
Can be easily doubled and made ahead and reheated.
