Recipe from Jeannie of Ala.
4 Large baking potatoes
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of garlic powder or garlic salt
dash of seasoning salt
dash of onion powder
dash of lemon zest
4 tbsp of butter
4 tsp. of clausen pickle juice or vinegar one tsp for each potato
Wash potatoes and pierce them with a fork several times on the top. Mix all the ingredients together except for the vinegar, while the potatoes are still wet sprinkle the mix all over the potatoes. Take a tsp of juice or vinegar and insert it in the potatoes with a syringe. Make sure you coat the potato really well with mix and vinegar. Wrap each potato in foil and place in 350 degree oven that has been preheated. Bake for an hour and half or until the potatoes are tender. When ready to serve drizzle juice out of foil pack over the top of your cut potato and enjoy.
