Chocolate Fondue-- Judy Pearson
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
½ cup half and half
¾ cup sugar
3 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt chocolate and butter together in top of double boiler. Add in half and half, sugar and
vanilla. Heat until well blended. Serve with bite size pieces of Angel Food Cake,
Strawberries or Cherries.
Recipe can easily be doubled and served in a Chafing Dish.
