(WTOL) - Jeanette Cheatham takes pride in her property. And she even takes care of the yard next door.

But she can't do much to the backyard because it's full of overgrown weeds, trees and scraps from the burnt garage.

Cheatham says she's been complaining to the city for more than 2 years and is concerned things will get worse.

Frustrated, she contacted Call 11 for Action problem solver Mika Highsmith.

A note from Mika Highsmith:

I contacted the department of neighborhoods to report this nuisance. They said they will issue orders to the owner and give them time to comply. If the owners don't comply, the city will clean it up themselves.
