Missing woman's family and friends not giving up on search

TOLEDO (WTOL) -- Loved ones of Cindy Sumner, who's been missing for 2 weeks, gathered at Salem Lutheran Church for a candlelight vigil Thursday night.

Sumner, 20, was last seen 2 weeks ago in north Toledo, suffers from muscular dystrophy and is developmentally disabled.

"If anybody who has her, just let her reach out and let us know she's OK, so we can be OK, because we're not going to let it rest, we're just not going to," said family friend Laurie Chapman.

Family members say there have been reported sightings of Cindy but none that have resulted in locating her.
