Makes 2 full meals or 3-4 side dish 8 oz. heavy cream 4 oz, sour cream 1 oz asiago Lemon zest 18 oz cooked linguine ( 12 oz uncooked) 6 oz smoked salmon 1 oz arugula 4 oz parmesan
Cook and drain pasta, set aside. Combine heavy cream, sour cream, asiago and lemon zest in sautee pan and bring to a slow simmer. When sauce has thickened slightly add cooked pasta, salmon, and arugula salt and pepper to taste. Toss skillet to heat through. Plate and garnish with parmesan, arugula leaves and lemon slice.

1 ¼ oz Jack Daniels 1 oz Black Currant( Blackberry Jam ) 6 oz Vanilla Ice Cream 1 oz ½ & ½ ½ simple syrup
Place all in blender, blend till smooth Serve in Snifter
