This Friday morning at about 4:30 a.m., WTOL will shut off its analog transmitter. This should not be shocking news since we have spent almost 2 years telling you this date was coming.
If you receive your current signal from a cable or a satellite provider, the transition to digital will be seamless. You don't have to do anything.
If you receive your television signal from an over-the-air antenna, you must re-scan your receiver.
To do this, take your remote control, click menu, and follow the instructions to re-scan. This should take about a minute.
