There's frickers at the field, and packos's at the park..

Also legends sports bar is in the former dirty bird building.. And the blarney irish pub

and now.. Those places are getting some company.

Sidelines sports bar and grill is moving across from the new arena.

And pizza papalis is up and running right by the ball park.

<you can't ask for a better spot. Seagate center up street. Next to 5th third, near arena, very excited about that as well>

Christopher kline is g-m at the newest hotspot in town.

And he can't wait for company.. In the form of more business.

<the more the merrier. People have gotten to point where coming downtown is popular.>

Popular for developers too.

Check out hannon's block.. A new condo, apartment, and comercial complex at monroe and erie.. Going into a

building dating back to 1874.

<it's a historic bldg were trying to bring back to downtown area.>

Jack stults is helping build toledo's future.

And he and hannon's block aren't alone.

Right across the street.. Another building is sold.

And around the corner.. The famous but long dormant triangle building even showing signs of life.

Part of a movement that is gaining momentum.

<it's nice down here. Coming around. In beginning it looked rough but it's coming around.>
