911 tapes released involving Browns Stallworth

New developments in a fatal accident involving Cleveland Browns player Donte Stallworth.

Stallworth is accused of fatally striking a pedestrian with his Bentley in Miami earlier this month.

Now, the Miami Beach Police Department has released 9-1-1 tapes from the crash.

59-year-old Mario Reyes was killed in the accident. Police believe Reyes worked in the area and may have been headed to a bus stop.

The Miami Herald and Miami TV stations have reported that Stallworth's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

The reports claims Stallworth's blood alcohol level was at least one and a half times the legal limit.

"My family and I are grief stricken over the tragic accident which occurred Saturday on Miami Beach where Mario Reyes sadly lost his life.  My thoughts and prayers are with the Reyes family during this incredibly difficult time.  Unfortunately, since this accident is still under police investigation, I cannot comment further on the matter at this time."
