
The Caroline Pryce Walker Conquer Childhood Cancer Act of 2008 is an earmark specifically designed to increase pediatric cancer research and create a national registry for kids with cancer. It was never funded in 2009, which is one of the main reasons Clyde residents Warren and Wendy Brown went to Washington.
