TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) - New charges have been filed against Dominic Dilucia, one of the men arrested and accused of dragging and running over 25-year-old Steven Jagodzinski in Perrysburg.
A grand jury handed down murder charges against Dilucia Wednesday.
According to the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney's office, Dilucia was driving the car.
Police initially charged Dilucia with felonious assault, but Jagodzinski, 25, later died from injuries.
The Lucas County Coroner's Office says Jagodzinski died from complications from blunt force head trauma.
The first count alleges Dilucia "purposely" took the life of Jagodzinski. The second count alleges his death was a result of Dilucia's committing a first or second felony act of violence.
