FREMONT, Ohio (WTOL) - Police are asking folks for help to find an elderly man who's been missing since noon Thursday.

Guadalupe Chavez, 86, suffers from dementia and has limited eyesight. He was last seen at his apartment in Fremont about noon Thursday and speaks limited English.

Chavez drives a white dodge minivan with Ohio plates and may be in the Elmore area because he used to live there.

If you have information, call 9-1-1 or Fremont police at 419-332-6464.
