    Yesterday certainly bucked the trend with our heaviest rainfall of the entire month happening with just a few hours left before August begins.  July officially ends up as the 13th driest in Toledo history. 26 of the 31 days recorded no rainfall in Toledo.  Although the metro saw good soaking rains on Tuesday, it was drier to the east.   More >>
