TOLEDO, Ohio — One person has been arrested after a crash in downtown Toledo early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened at Cherry St. and Huron St. around 1:45 a.m.
Police say no one was hurt, but one person ran from the white car after the crash.
They were found a short time later and are now facing OVI charges.
