It’s Friday and we’re LIVE in Chicago! On today’s show, America’s funniest TV husband and three-time, Emmy-winning comedian Ray Romano is here to discuss his upcoming return to television with his fresh and dramatic new TNT show, “Men Of A Certain Age.” Then, Oprah talks to the talented young actress Gabourey Sidibe about her astonishing performance in the new movie, “Precious.” 

MONDAY -- Inside Sex Addiction Rehab

On today's show, addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky will talk about why sex addiction is the most hidden, shameful and most misunderstood addiction in the U.S. We'll also see how Dr. Drew and his team of addiction experts are bringing this taboo topic to television in a VH-1 reality series called, "Sex Rehab With Dr. Drew," where complete strangers agree to let cameras follow them through an intensive real-life detox program.

TUESDAY -- Oprah & People Magazine Salute Headline-Making Heroes Of 2009

We teamed up with “People” magazine to put together an action-packed hour of celebrations and salutes to some of the most extraordinary people of 2009. First, the unbelievable, unforgettable story known as the “Miracle On The Hudson” was one of this year’s biggest headlines. Today, Oprah talks to the passengers, first responders, firefighters, police, divers, boat captains, medics and the pilot who safely landed flight 1549, Captain Chezley “Sully” Sullenberger. Then, we’ll meet a group of unified cheerleaders who are worth cheering for, and some hard-working mail carriers who came to the rescue during their daily routes. And, country singer Wynonna Judd gives a welcome home tribute to some well-deserving soldiers who recently returned from Iraq. WEDNESDAY -- Remembering Ted Kennedy: “Vicki” Kennedy’s First TV Interview

Vicki Kennedy, wife of the late Senator Edward Kennedy, will talk to Oprah in her first interview since his death. Mrs. Kennedy will discuss her relationship with Senator Kennedy, their treasured time together at the end of his life and his new book, "True Compass." Mrs. Kennedy will also be joined by her children, Senator Kennedy’s stepchildren Caroline and Curran Raclin. Ted Kennedy, Jr. will also be by her side as he shares memories of his late father.

 

THURSDAY-- Oprah On Location At Walter Reed Army Medical Center

Back from the frontlines, meet the men and women who have risked their lives for our freedom. On today’s show, Oprah visits the historic Walter Reed Medical Army Medical Center, where the most critically injured soldiers go to rebuild their lives. Get an inside look at how they are coping with being back home, and watch as one soldier reaches a major milestone for the first time on our show.
