TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) –  Toledo Police have arrested three people they think opened fire on a TPD officer in south Toledo around 3 a.m. Monday.

Raul Moya, 16; Martin Cheno, 20; and Jorge Rojas, 19, have been arrested. Cheno and Rojas have been booked into Lucas County Jail and Moya into the Juvenile Justice Center.

A warrant has been issued for Chadd Rabara, 17.

All four are charged with attempted aggravated murder and felonious assault.

Police say Officer George Shaughnessy was called out to a location on reports of shots fired. When he tried to pull a truck over, someone inside opened fire, shooting 11 bullets at the police cruiser.

Shaughnessy was grazed, either by glass or a bullet, but was not seriously injured.

One resident says he was awakened by the sound of multiple gunshots. About five minutes later, he says he saw police driving down Heatherdowns.
