TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) - Toledo police are looking for the person who opened fire outside the Palms Bar and Grill on Detroit, near Phillips, around 2:25 a.m. Friday.
A fight started inside the north Toledo bar and spilled outside. Police say someone involved in the brawl got a gun and started shooting at two people who walked out.
22-year-old Lemuel Jefferson was hit and was driven to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center by a friend.
Police are hoping surveillance video outside the bar will help identify the shooter.
