TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) - Police say 25-year-old Steven Jagodzinski remains on a ventilator at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
Investigators say he confronted four people standing near his vehicle in Perrysburg Township on Sunday.
Police say he was then dragged by the four people in the vehicle. Jagodzinski was able to get away and was then deliberately hit with the vehicle, police say.
Two teens have been charged in the incident so far. Gauge Lee and Dominic Dilucia, both 18, are in custody.
