TOLEDO (WTOL) - Toledo Police Sergeant Daniel Brandon was caught on surveillance video at 711 last year threatening to arrest the clerk if she didn't have sex with him.
In the video, he said, "What if I take you punk a** off to jail. In the county, you'd be thinking, "shoot, it's only five minutes."
The clerk replied, "Horrible, horrible, horrible."
"And that's counting foreplay," Brandon responded on the video.
He was fired for the incident, but an arbitrator ordered him to be re-hired.
After a few weeks back on the job, Toledo Police Chief Mike Navarre confirms Brandon is again under investigation. Brittany Abraham filed the complaint.
When two masked men held Abraham's family at gunpoint, Sgt. Brandon responded to the call and Abraham says he made her feel like the criminal. "He said there was a bunch of ho activity in my house -- hoes coming in and out - and its our fault our house got broken into," she said.
"I have a job. I have a family. I am not a ho," said Abraham.
Sharon Barnes with the National Organization for Women says it's time to do something. "Women are less safe if you can't trust police who are there to protect you."
The organization will hold a candlelight vigil Wednesday, September 2 at the Scott Park police station while Sgt. Brandon is on duty. "We hope that he will be removed from service, but equally important, we hope that we can maybe have an impact on how officers are trained about sexual harassment," said Barnes.
Sgt. Brandon did not respond to our request for an interview.
