TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Police are looking for suspects they say violently robbed and terrorized cooperative employees of a Toledo carryout. It happened once again at the Stop and Go Carry-Out in the 2100 block of South Ave. Thursday morning.

Surveillance video shows two robbers entering wearing masks and gloves and carrying guns, a duffle bag and a taser.

Store Manager Rashid Hammoud says they tased his employee and made the female employee come out and open the cash drawers. One suspect stayed with the tased employee while the other grabbed the girl and money.

"She was very, very frightened.  This is the second time this has happened to her in two months. She's very, very scared right now," says Hammoud.

The business was also robbed on June 10. Hammoud says one man came in, put a gun to an employee's head and then pepper-sprayed him.

In that instance, the video shows the employee behind the counter duck to avoid the pepper spray.

The suspects also wore gloves and a mask. He got away with the cash and again the employees did not put up a fight.

"We can't replace a life, so we tell them not to put up a fight... If somebody comes in with a gun, give them what they want and let them leave," says Hammoud.

Hammoud is angry over the needless violence: "It's very frightening. Right now, we're going to go get a gun. That's it. Next time it's going to be shoot first, ask questions later."

He says all three of these suspects are at large and expects to lose at least one employee because of the ordeal.

While he hopes the video helps catch the three suspects, Rashid wants to be better prepared. He says employees are going to shoot first and ask questions later. That's the only way he sees the workers can protect themselves.

A copy of the police report of Thursday's robber describes the suspects as one white male standing 5 ft. 5 in. and a black male standing 6 ft. tall.
