BRATENAHL, OH (WOIO) - Charges have been filed against a former police chief accused of obstructing official business.
Former Bratenahl police chief, Paul Falzone has been charged with one count of theft in office and one count of obstructing official business.
The criminal charges have to do with Falzone campaigning for sheriff while still police chief.
This is the fourth police chief in Ohio to have charges brought against him in the last four months.
