TAHS asks for donations of water after experiencing issues with their water at the shelter

TOLEDO (WTOL) - The Toledo Area Humane Society says they are in need of water and says that any water donations from the public would be greatly appreciated.

The humane society says they experienced a problem with their water on Tuesday, with the water coming out of their pipes brown.

As they looked into the issue, they have to give the animals at the shelter bottled water.

The humane society says the water is now running clear after having someone look at it Tuesday night, but will still be using gallons and bottles of water for the next few days as a precaution.

TAHS says that any donations of bottled water or gallon jugs would help them make sure the animals have enough to drink.

Thankful Tuesday: We are experiencing an issue with our water. Much to our dismay, the water is coming out of the pipes...
