TOLEDO (WTOL) - A Toledo man is behind bars after police discovered drugs in the same room as a seven-day-old infant.
Police executed a search warrant at the apartment of 22-year-old Jordan Smith.
Police say they found cocaine and a digital scale, and say the drugs were in the same room as Smith and a newborn.
There were also two other children in the apartment at the time.
Smith was charged with child endangering and other drug charges.
He is being arraigned in court Thursday.
