TOLEDO (WTOL) - At least two dozen bullets were fired through the windows of a Lima synagogue on Friday night.
This happened at the Temple Beth Israel-Shaare Zedek. Nobody was injured in the attack.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has called on enforcement authorities to investigate the attack as a possible hate crime.
“We condemn this attack on a house of worship, express our solidarity with the Ohio Jewish community and urge state and federal law enforcement authorities to investigate the incident as a possible hate crime,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper.
