TOLEDO (WTOL) - A brief respite for what must have been a miserable day for one northwest Ohio mail carrier during Saturday’s snow storm.
The owner of 10-month-old Jes and Liu says she had been recording the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels playing in the snow for the first time when the dogs turned their attention to the mail truck down the street.
When the truck passed the house, the carrier couldn’t resist stopping to say hello to the puppers.
Although mail carriers and dogs are commonly thought to be natural enemies, the dogs’ owner says the driver has told her that seeing the neighborhood dogs along the route is the highlight of every day.
