CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - For the seventh time in the 2018 NFL season, Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield was named the NFL’s “Rookie of the Week” for his Week 17 performance against the Baltimore Ravens.

Despite the loss, the No. 1 overall draft pick finished the game with 376 passing yards and 3 touchdowns.

It’s the 11th time a Browns rookie won the award during the season. Both cornerback Denzel Ward and running back Nick Chubb each earned the title twice.

Mayfield finished the season with a record-breaking 27 touchdowns and 3725 yards in the air, helping the Browns to a 7-8-1 overall record.
