CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The man accused of attacking a fan after the Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs game faced a judge today and had his bond set at $50,000.
The game happened on Nov. 4. The victim, 28-year-old Joshua Hillabrand, spent several days in the hospital after being punched in the head outside of FirstEnergy Stadium.
The police report shows Hillabrand was knocked unconscious during the incident and he had bleeding on his brain.
Zebulon Music, 33, was charged with felonious assault.
Music pleaded not guilty in court. He is not allowed to have any contact with the victim.
The judge also made Music submit a DNA sample.
