TIFFIN (WTOL) - Tiffin University announced they will soon be offering their first PhD program.
The degree is called “Global Leadership and Change," and is developed for adult professionals in many fields. It will teach participants leadership theory and practice in becoming more inclusive of the varying differences found in the workplace.
Tiffin University expects their first cohort beginning in the Fall of 2019 with possibly around 25 to 30 participants.
“And so, whether or not they want to go teach in an institution, if they want to go on to consult, go on to serve within their multinational organization, as experts in their fields, this degree will allow them to do that,” said Tiffin University president Sr. Lillian Schumacher.
