TOLEDO (WTOL) - The bond proposal for Bedford Public Schools passed on Tuesday.
The proposal passed 59-percent for to 41-percent against.
The proposal plans to address essential needs for the district, students and staff, including repairs and restoration of old buildings and the safety and security of all school buildings.
The bond will also allow more of the general fund budget to be allocated to classroom learning and replacement of failing equipment.
